droppers Platform Terms

Effective date: May 4, 2026

1. Droppers platform role

droppers is a product provided by SHUP ApS, CVR/VAT DK42974048, Njalsgade 76, 4. sal, 2300 København S, Denmark.

SHUP ApS/droppers is the merchant of record and legal seller for checkout transactions on droppers.link unless a transaction explicitly states otherwise.

Customers buy from SHUP ApS/droppers. Products are created, packaged, and fulfilled by the creator shown on the drop page.

2. Creator agreement

Creators act as independent creator/fulfillment partners, not as the merchant of record for buyer checkout. Creators are responsible for accurate product information, lawful products, product quality, packaging, timely fulfillment, intellectual-property rights, and all information they provide to droppers.

Creators may set drop-specific creator fulfillment terms for areas they control, including target dispatch time, delivery estimates, return or exchange handling, damaged-item process, and failed-delivery handling. Those creator fulfillment terms are shown separately from these droppers platform terms at checkout.

droppers may approve, reject, remove, suspend, or manually review drops for fraud, legal, product, fulfillment, or platform-risk reasons.

3. Fees and payouts

The platform is free to use. droppers charges a 5% platform fee on creator earnings from paid orders, with a minimum fee equal to 1 USD in the drop currency.

Creator payouts require Stripe payout onboarding and may be delayed, held, reduced, or reversed for refunds, disputes, chargebacks, suspected fraud, legal compliance, or creator breach.

Money from paid orders is normally transferred to the creator's Stripe account after a 7-day period. Stripe then pays the creator's bank according to Stripe's payout schedule.

4. Buyer relationship and checkout terms

Buyer payment, receipts, payment support, and applicable checkout tax/VAT handling are handled by SHUP ApS/droppers through Stripe. Card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by droppers.

Refund and support requests should be sent to droppers. droppers reviews requests under these platform terms, the creator fulfillment terms shown at checkout, and applicable consumer law. The creator must provide fulfillment evidence and cooperate with support or dispute handling when requested.

5. Tax and VAT

Prices shown at checkout are treated as consumer checkout prices. SHUP ApS/droppers handles VAT/tax on buyer transactions where legally required, based on the information available at checkout.

Creators remain responsible for their own income tax, business registration, bookkeeping, and tax reporting on payouts received from droppers.

6. Compliance

Creators must not list illegal, counterfeit, misleading, unsafe, regulated, or prohibited products. Creators must provide accurate identity, country, address, payout, and tax information when requested.
